‘Maestro Archetier is a Shanghai based workshop which produces professional bows of the violin family, catering for players from advanced students to orchestral players. Each bow is carefully handcrafted by our professionally trained and experienced bow makers. Individually adjusted and bent by maestro bow makers to ensure an optimum balance with and excellent projection, each bow is extremely comfortable to hold and flexible to work and allows the user to play with the utmost confidence and precision.’

MAESTRO ARCHETIER – Standard  Carbon Fibre Bows specifications:

– 4/4 size,
– Round stick constructed from carbon fibre in black, strong stick,
– Insensitive to changes of temperature and humidity,
– Nickel-silver mounted ebony frog inlaid with Parisian eye,
– Plated silver lapping and leather thumbgrip,
– Three part nickel-silver adjuster inlaid with pearl eye,
– Superior Mongolian horse tail as bow hair,
– Same weight as wooden bows,
– Good balance,
– Ideal for advanced students

 

MAESTRO ARCHETIER – Deluxe Carbon Fibre Bows specifications:
– 4/4 size,
– Round stick constructed from superior carbon fibre with kevlar in six types of weave, extraordinarily strong stick,
– Insensitive to changes of temperature and humidity,
– Superior Mongolian horse tail as bow hair,
– Same weight as wooden bows,
– Ideal for advanced students up to professionals.

Silver mounted bows:
– Solid sterling silver mounted ebony frog inlaid with pearl eye,
– Solid silver lapping and leather thumbgrip,
– Either one part silver adjuster or three part silver adjuster inlaid with pearl eye.
